THE ROLE

 

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team to meet the business requirements governed by policies and frameworks established by the organization.

At Wella HR, you will support the business by providing HR generalist services. The HR function helps an organization to deliver its corporate strategy and objectives by a wide variety of activities in staffing, development, compensation, safety and health, and employee and labor relations.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Act as HR co-pilot for the Line Managers on all questions related to people, org design,
  • Co-Manage labour relations for all the company sites together with the HR Director
  • Responsible for Talent management (talent planning, succession, …) and Recruiting (talent attraction, recruiting, …) for the employees in the market
  • Responsible for delivering Learning/Training programs to the employees in the market
  • Manage the performance management process for the market/division
  • Ensure application of HR policies and guidelines
  • Understand and influence stakeholders stakes
  • Work closely with the functions lead to support business successes
  • Direct development of business plans and strategies to control costs and optimize resources
  • Develop a people strategy that anticipates needs within the business strategy that enables its delivery
  • Define and implement HR Strategies and design a workforce plan that ensures that the business strategy can be delivered by Business Partners
  • Develop the business culture to drive engagement and business performance
  • Manage and process HR transactions (e.g., pay changes, performance management) and provide any retained administrative/ transactional process support
  • Produce outputs (e.g., standard letters, changes in terms/conditions)
  • Understands and makes sure country / local regulations are applied, therefore needs to be an expert in local labor law, tax and social insurance

Key Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 or more years of experience in HR (at least one year of experience in a Business partner role)
  • A Bachelor´s degree in HR, Business, or Law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to communicate complex topics in concise terms.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively in writing as well as the ability to draft clear and effective reports, policies, etc.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Ability to work across cultures with all levels of organization as well as with different functions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken required.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred.
  • Project management skills. Ability to follow through and complete tasks on time.
  • Solution-minded; desire to solve problems.
  • Ability to work independently.
