THE ROLE
The National Account Manager Drugstore is a key role to strengthen the commercial and analytical leadership of the Drugstore channel. The position has strong ownership on customer business and is responsible for driving sell-in, sell-out, forecasting and commercial execution, transforming data, insights and customer relationships into concrete actions and sustainable business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full ownership of key Drugstore customers, ensuring delivery of sales targets and profitable growth.
- Analysis and steering of sell-in and sell-out performance through data-driven insights.
- Responsibility for forecasting, demand planning and commercial planning cycles.
- Monitoring of KPIs and performance dashboards to track execution and results.
- Ownership and governance of Joint Business Plans (JBP) with customers.
- Planning and management of promotional activities and product launches.
- Analysis of stock levels, rotations, availability and service risks.
- Evaluation of promotional effectiveness and ROI, with continuous optimization of trade plans.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
- Development of strong and effective customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- Solid experience in National / Key Account Management within FMCG or Beauty environments.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence in working with numbers, KPIs and business data.
- Proven experience in JBP management, forecasting and trade / promo planning.
- Previous experience on the Drugstore channel.
- Structured, results-oriented approach with strong execution focus.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Italian and good English proficiency.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Beauty / Personal Care category dynamics.
