Trade Marketing & Business Insight Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Trade Marketing team, the Trade Marketing & Business Insights Manager is responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy for indirect and B2C channels and elevating decision-making through advanced analytics, reporting systems, and data-driven insights.

The role acts as a key driver in building modern reporting infrastructures and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations, enabling commercial excellence across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the strategy and Go-to-Market approach for indirect and B2C channels
  • Define financial frameworks and trade terms for wholesale and distributor contracts (B2B)
  • Lead sales and cost forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Analyze customer and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Set and monitor quarterly targets for Sales Representatives based on data-driven insights
  • Manage and allocate commercial budgets, optimizing ROI across initiatives
  • Design and implement advanced reporting systems and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Drive automation and evolution of reporting tools, improving data accessibility and efficiency
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to support negotiations and business reviews
  • Prepare and present high-impact business reviews for local and global top management

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 5–6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Insights, Trade Marketing Analytics, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in building dashboards and reporting systems
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar) is a strong plus
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence business decisions
  • Experience in cross-functional environments (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain)
  • Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude
  • Teamwork and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
