You will work directly with our current artwork workflows and data, gaining a practical understanding of regulatory and safety requirements and identifying where repetitive tasks, manual checks, or potential sources of error could be improved through automation or AI-supported solutions.
This role offers a unique combination of hands-on Regulatory/Safety work, process improvement, data analysis, and automation. Depending on your interests, a larger automation or implementation project may also be developed into a Master’s project or Master’s thesis.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Compare artwork with master data and Excel files, identifying and documenting missing or inconsistent information.
- Review Regulatory and Safety requirements to identify overlaps and opportunities to simplify existing content.
- Identify repetitive tasks and process gaps and propose opportunities for automation and AI-supported solutions.
- Support the development and testing of automation solutions, such as automated comparisons, data checks, or AI-assisted artwork reviews, with the potential to expand the work into a Master’s project or thesis.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- Currently studying Natural Sciences, Business Informatics, Data Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a comparable field.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working, combined with a practical problem-solving mindset.
- Confidence working with Excel and digital tools.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
