Responsible for the business growth and brand building of our Global prestige hair Brand, serving the needs of and delighting stylists, their clients and direct to consumer initiatives.  The role requires strong leadership skills, disruptive thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit to build this global brand.  Strong capabilities to drive market share: leveraging data and a deep understanding of the consumer journey & all touch-points.  A digital centric mindset as well as business acumen is critical to drive a high-performance-driven culture in the Team.  The role requires strong collaboration skills to build effective partnerships with internal and external local and global stakeholders. 



Brand Strategy

  • Work with the team to develop 3Y brand strategy – drive global awareness, increase SOM, and ensure brand architecture / equity is globally translated.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights team to drive relevant studies to support innovation, brand health, consumer awareness and brand building initiatives.
  • Assist in managing product portfolio with end to end accountability
  • Partake in ongoing communication with Global markets to ensure brand to region communication, leveraging information for strategy/ innovation and sharing of best practices for growth/learning.
  • Identify ongoing market trends, competitive launches, new technologies and retail shifts to ensure our current/ future footprint delivers a clear POV and meets consumers needs.

Product Launch Management

  • Drive Innovation: Support innovative product development, leveraging consumer insights and trends, addresses business + brand needs.
  • Support product development– and briefing process; product formula / package development, restaging & reformulation initiatives, and assist on all testing approvals inclusive of product claims and technology.  
  • Support the process:  partner with Supply Chain/Planning to ensure that all programs & initiatives developed meet the required timelines and target margins.
  • Assist in managing creative vision for product packaging – working with package development + creative.  Oversee artwork process including reviewing and approval all mechanicals.
  • Work on creation of all additional launch elements for a 360 launch:  Global toolkit, working with cross-functional teams (education /training, communications, media, creative and merchandising) and agencies to develop materials while ensuring a timely + well-executed launch
  • Partner with Trade marketing team to measure KPI’s, assess launch performance and continuously optimize the plan for strong results.

Other Areas

  • Assist in managing P&L / budget / A&CP spend.
  • Owner of PO process and approvals
  • Involved in developing Digital/Social strategy:  inclusive of partnerships, create / deliver content, and brand voice in the marketplace
  • Development and maintenance of global marketing calendar
  • Leverage decision-making through data and regional insights to further drive business opportunities
  • Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by management




  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline)
  • 1-2+ years’ experience in brand management or product marketing
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be resourceful
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge – MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, must also be fluent in social media platforms
