In this role, you’ll help drive product development and partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life — from early concepting, to launch toolkits to post‑launch performance tracking.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our brands show up consistently, creatively, and with excellence across markets and channels. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty and has a pulse on trends, energized by collaboration, has strong project management skills and is eager to grow their strategic and executional marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Competitive Marketing

  • Support development of product positioning, claims, and messaging through competitive audits and market analysis.
  • Assist in building global go‑to‑market plans and contribute to creative development for packaging and agency briefs.
  • Partner with Brand Activation to ensure brand vision is expressed across global activation plans across social, e‑commerce, brand website, events and paid channels.

Product Development & Innovation

  • Support the product development process, including concept creation, briefing, formula evaluation, and claims alignment.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Consumer Insights, Finance, and Global Markets to gather inputs and ensure projects meet performance and margin expectations.
  • Manage stage‑gate documentation, timelines, cross-functional checkpoints and launch toolkit deployment for assigned projects.
  • Support post-launch analysis for key brand initiatives.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Track project timelines and deliverables in partnership with Supply Chain, R&D, Packaging, and Operations to ensure on‑time launches.
  • Maintain clear communication of project status, risks, and next steps to internal teams and market partners.
  • Assist in briefing and coordinating with Consumer Market Research to test and validate concepts with stylists and consumers.
  • Support creation of new salon service concepts with the Global Education team.

Operational Excellence

  • Help drive operational rigor across all phases of product development, launch execution, and campaign rollouts.
  • Collaborate closely with priority markets to ensure global relevance and local execution success.
  • Track and analyze post‑launch performance, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or innovation (beauty or haircare experience strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and contributing to product launches.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passion for beauty, haircare, and consumer‑centric storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot)

Who You Are

  • You’re curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • You balance creativity with analytical thinking and enjoy solving problems.
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments and bring a positive, collaborative energy to your work.
  • You’re passionate about beauty trends, consumer insights, and building brands that matter.
  • You’re adaptable, resilient, and excited to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • You have a strong pulse on beauty trends and cultural shifts.
