Wella is home to multiple iconic brands such as Wella, Clairol, Sebastian, Nioxin in the United States. To continue this exciting journey and deliver on our customer promise, we are looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Trade Marketing professional to join the team.

The Trade Marketing Manager (TMM) leads the National Trade strategy for the US. The TMM translates the global Brand & Innovation strategy into the trade relevant strategy across across the distribution, pricing, promotion and in-store execution. The TMM also guides the global innovation team to solve for the needs of the market by conducting clear analysis of the category and competitive opportunities.



  • Lead the Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising strategies
  • Own Local Success Model deployment to enable Sales team planning and building the Clairol Growth story.
  • Lead deployment of Assortment prioritization list
  • Lead the Innovation fit for use process to identify opportunities across the brands, forecast for the future demand and track commercial readiness
  • Lead price list deployment and work with Sales information to drive key Line Review needs
  • Coordinate with E-commerce & Marketing teams to ensure synergies with our instore & marketing strategy
  • Work with Demand planning to ensure supply chain readiness
  • Plan and track in-market initiatives for Clairol

  • 5+ years’ prior experience in consumer package goods sales / trade marketing environment
  • Proactive approach – take initiative to do what’s needed for the business
  • Strong Business analysis skills, detail oriented
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to lead & influence the cross functional team
  • Knowledge of hair color category is a plus
