THE ROLE

As innovators in the hair and nail industry, you will be an essential contributor to our mission to delight consumers, inspire beauty professionals, engage communities, and deliver sustainable growth to our stakeholders. As a sales executive, you will build strong relationships with new and existing customers aimed at increasing market share and becoming the number 1 salon partner.

This role will look after a sales territory with a perfect blend of established and potential new businesses looking after South Sydney & Eastern Suburbs.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Maintain regular quality contact with the customer base through regular face to face visits at the salons;

  • Drive the value of Education, Digital support, Services, Marketing & Sales activities;

  • Understand your customer needs and truly partner with them to help them achieve their goal;

  • Set targets annually for specific sales plans, KPI´s, budgets and targets to each customer, and track monthly, ensuring quarterly review meetings to assess progress today vs objective and plan accordingly if necessary;

  • Proactively develop relationship with key competitors’ customers with the objective to gain business;

  • Analyse sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts in order to develop and implement account strategies based on current and anticipated customer requirements;

  • Utilize a range of channels and platforms (digital, social media & in person) to engage with our customers; and

  • Be the voice of the customer, passing on leads, knowledge and feedback to relevant colleagues and departments;

 

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for the industry;

  • Creative approach to solving problems;

  • Fantastic Customer Service Experience

  • 5yrs + in hairdressing industry with previous experience in sales / customer service (preferred);

  • Strong analytical, organisational and negotiation skills with a mindset focused on results;

  • Exceptional collaboration skills with a track record of working with others;

  • Entrepreneurial spirt; and

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Relevant qualifications in sales & marketing or related discipline highly regarded,
