ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone to be responsible for the Accounts Receivable function at Wella Australia. This role will be closely working with the internal stakeholders (sales team) and external stakeholders (SSC team) to manage the end to end AR function. This role will also have monthly AR closing and some part of internal controls.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for DSO result
  2. Review and Approval – order release, credit application, credit limit review, bad debt provision, write off, customer master data change
  3. MEC AR module close review and sign off
  4. Month end closing AR result analysis and drive action plan with Sales and AR collection team
  5. PO/Invoice management for AR vendors
  6. Internal control requirements
  7. Local AR vendor relationship management and issue escalation
  8. Cash forecast and DSO forecast
  9. SPOC for Global or Local AR project
  10. Manage & coordinate with the Shared Services

 

 

QUALIFICATION/ DESIRABLE

Degree/ Masters degree in accounting or Finance

Experience of 5-7 years of working in AR

Ability of work with multiple stakeholders, internal & external

Decision making skills

Ability to work independently 

SAP experience is a must
