THE ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of the WINS program (Wella Company Equity LTI plan), coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Employee Communication on WINS and managing of documentation
  • Other Reward related topics supporting Global Reward COE teams on Compensation, Benefits and Mobility

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree and proven experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits
  • Knowledge of equity plans / LTI programs is a plus  
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with global and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including stakeholder management across functions and regions
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
