KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this position You will develop sales with Swiss Premium Retail / Perfumeries / Pharmacies for the OPI / GHD / Wella Care brands.


The position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Management of the commercial relationship with the National Sales leader:
    • Grow: growth in turnover & gross margin of existing customers
    • Gain: acquisition of new points of sale, either from existing customers or from other customers (focus Premium Retail / Perfumeries / Pharmacies).
  • Sales forecasts by customer and product line
  • Implementation of the investment plan & promotions/pricing/merchandising strategies in each store
  • Analysis of distribution development, sales (turnover & gross margin), determination & monitoring of customer KPIs
  • Regular visits to customers to sell our range, collections and innovations.
  • Collaboration with other departments (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, sales force, etc.)
  • Competitive intelligence (innovations, prices, competitors' media plans, etc.)
  • Budget management (trade investment)
  • Preparation of annual reviews 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience negotiating with Swiss retailers, preferably:
    • Premium Retail, Perfumeries, Pharmacies
    • in a beauty / cosmetics category
  • Knowledge of the Swiss retail landscape
  • Languages: Englisch - French - German (all 3 fluently)
  • Sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze (turnover, customer KPIs, etc.) and make internal recommendations
  • MS Office Knowledge (especially Excel)
  • Results-oriented, agile and pragmatic
  • Structured and independent working style
