THE ROLE

The Global FP&A Manager will be responsible to coordinate Wella Annual Operating Plan as well as drive earnings model for the company, key tool to understand business structure profitability and risk profile at global, regional, channel, segment, brand and SKU level. This will be done in close collaboration with finance senior members, both local and corporate. Key responsibilities include:

 

  1. Lead group Annual Operating Plan process & Target setting
  2. Coordinate collection of Plan assumptions by business segments
  3. Deliver support presentations for segment business reviews and Board of Directors review
  4. Deliver cost-to-serve / earnings model annual update
  5. Deliver monthly cost-to-serve / earnings model analytics
  6. Coordinate annual Territory Profitability Analysis
  7. Lead business analytics linked to strategic priorities (e.g. channel reporting)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University graduate with strong academic records
  • 3-5 years work experience in corporate finance, consulting or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced training in financial modeling or FP&A standards (desirable)
  • Strong English verbal and writing skills
  • Proven leadership skills, tackle problems and set priorities
  • Knowledge of Power BI appreciated
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
