Procurement Finance Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Finance partner (“CFO") for Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) as well as for VP Direct Procurement and VP Indirect Procurement. Shows financial leadership on cost and cash for short and long-term results delivery - includes thought-leadership supplier negotiations, initiative pipeline and strategic projects. Spend Pool oversight Direct $~400M and Indirect $~500M
• Leads Direct Procurement cost forecast (RM/PM and EXO) with solid forecast accuracy. This includes High-Level Forecasting (HLF) process simplification maintenance and coordination. Ons forecast results delivery.
• Owns procurement actuals closing and analysis with Procurement organization (global but also plants)
• Owns short-term (Quarterly Profit Forecasts) and long-term financial planning processes (Strat Plan). Incorporates strategic considerations into long-term planning
• Owns savings tracking and delivery for Procurement savings projects – including what is in standards vs variances
• Leads results communication to management – for actuals and forecast changes. Able to navigate the high-level messages but also details
• Solid internal controls are maintained in financial matters within Procurement
• Owns ACE quarterly procurement analytics and communication to regions and brands
• Owns Supplier Health Check model
• Owns Payables Forecast and delivery with the procurement team
• Possibility to take some Supply Network Desing (SND) Projects
