THE ROLE

Junior Demand Planner who will support business continuity during training, testing and adaptation period of the IBP project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic demand and market planning operational activities execution & support:

• Demand Control review and execution
• Phase In – Phase Out analysis, execution, and issues identification.
• Ad-hoc forecast adjustments execution
• Demand Exceptions revision and following up on issues raised.
• Forecast health-check corrections.
• Additional market support base on business needs
• Taking part in continuous improvement of business results
• Participation in business related forums
• Root Causing

Central tasks execution & support like:

• Reports creation and distribution
• Data validation for project
• Individual projects base on business needs
• Participation in project related forums

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and quickly learn new processes.
• Operates with discipline.  
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate horizontally and vertically. 
• Ability to operate with multiple priorities and quickly resolve issues.
• Solid technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Strong analytical ability with special attention to details. 
• Passion for Beauty & Forecasting
