THE ROLE

We are searching for the best Digital Marketing & Community Manager to join Wella Company and take a protagonist role in the unique and transformational journey we are building. This person will be responsible to define, plan and coordinate the Digital media strategy and plans across all channels for retail and professional business (owned, earned & paid) in partnership with our external agencies and design, implement and actively engage Wella communities of stylists and influencers.

This person will be responsible for the Professional Beauty community of stylists and influencers (in strong partnership with Education team), mapping and prospecting the profiles to join, creating the guidelines, ways of working and metrics for them and actively managing the relationship with them. They will also lead external partners in creating influencers campaign (being responsible for briefing, strategy, follow up and execution to meet brands objectives and KPIS).

The job requires strong collaboration with Wella teams and external partners and ambivalent skills (soft & hard) of Entrepreneurial Spirit, Strategic Vision, Up-to-date with trends to generate Insights, Creativity, Project Management, Media Buying/Investing from conception to execution to guarantee projects moving forward.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and coordinate the media digital plan across all channels for RH and PB
  • Build and update the prospect universe including audiences/segments/personas to be targeted;
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the media budget and resource allocation;
  • Work strategically, evaluating results and general goals, monitoring competition, using offer plans and seasonality as input and collaborate in the proposal to achieve results through digital strategies and tools;
  • Possess an understanding of viewing behavior and content trends across Mexico;
  • Demonstrate applied knowledge in the main phases of the market research cycle: awareness, targeting, acquisition and retention;
  • Identify appropriate methodologies based on business and research objectives;
  • Help guide social media analysis and benchmarking;
  • Build one plan to boost initiatives across all channels, focus on End Consumer and Haidressers;
  • Lead Professional Community with stylist and influencers.
  • Use consumer data to boost business results (quali and quanti results)
  • Responsible of RRSS and influencers campaigns for both retail and PB business.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • Strong professional experience in media (online and offline);
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing, including CRM; “nice to have”
  • Knowledge in Consumer Marketing Insights;
  • Experience using data and metrics to draw business insights;
  • Professional experience in media and digital;
  • Team work skills (multidisciplinary teams)
  • English fluent skills;
  • Experience managing influencers / brand ambassadors.

Desirable:

  • Experience in beauty industry as a plus.
