THE ROLE
This Role support the Legal and compliance Director
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Provide legal advice and practical support across a broad range of matters, including labor, civil, commercial, corporate and antitrust/competition law.
- Draft, review and negotiate simple and complex contracts, supporting business needs while ensuring adequate risk mitigation.
- Manage litigation matters with external counsel, including strategy alignment, cost control, and reporting; oversee contract policy and workflow management.
- Act as a legal business partner, representing the Legal Department in interactions with internal stakeholders and supporting decision‑making.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Ethics & Compliance policies, procedures and related actions at local level.
- Deliver and coordinate compliance and legal training, both mandatory and ad hoc, to local teams, as deemed necessary based on risk assessment and business activities.
- Cooperate and align with other members of the Legal Department and global Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Proactively identify, anticipate and manage legal risks arising from business strategies, operations and commercial initiatives.
- Promote and maintain awareness of internal policies, applicable laws and regulations through guidance, communications and training initiatives.
- Support Legal Department governance, including SharePoint management, document and template organization, and coordination of external providers’ payments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills; self-confident, composed, and highly organized
- Experience working in multinational or global organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Labor Law required; Master's degree or specialized studies in Labor Law preferred
