THE ROLE

The NA Data Management Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management, accuracy, and maintenance of data across the North America digital ecosystem. This role supports data integrity, consistency, and governance by executing established processes and collaborating with internal and global partners.  The Specialist works across key systems including WellaBooking Planning Tool, Global Digital Tools (Direct & ISO customer data), 4sight and the Sales Data Warehouse, ensuring data is accurate, aligned, and ready for reporting and business use. This position plays a critical role in supporting reliable data operations that enable effective decision-making and program execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain data across core NA systems: WellaBooking Planning Tool, Direct & ISO customer data within Global Digital Tools, 4sight and the Sales Data Warehouse
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of all data entries
  • Perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies
  • Execute data uploads, updates, and corrections as needed
  • Follow and support established data governance standards, processes and compliance with global data governance guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to naming conventions, data definitions, and data entry protocols
  • Maintain proper documentation of data processes and updates
  • Ensure consistency of data across systems (WellaBooking, SAP, CDP, WellaOne, Data Warehouse)
  • Identify mismatches or data issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams
  • Support integration of new data sources into existing systems
  • Assist in testing and validating data for system enhancements or updates
  • Collaborate with: SAP & Master Data teams, Global WellaOne & CDP teams, NA Sales, Education, and Digital teams
  • Act as a SPOC for data-related questions and requests
  • Provide timely updates and communication regarding data issues and resolutions
  • Support reporting processes by ensuring data accuracy and readiness
  • Validate data used in dashboards, reports, and analytics tools
  • Assist in identifying data trends, inconsistencies, and gaps
  • Help maintain data reliability for tracking business performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency in day-to-day processes
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding and adoption of new data tools and systems
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in data management practices
  • Maintain Event Sales Reporting and Analytics- Destination, WR RED Leadership Retreat, WOL, Collectives
  • Team Collaboration and Participation
  • Additional tasks/duties/projects as assigned by Manager

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • Experience in data entry, data management, and operational support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in analytical skills and ability to identify discrepancies
  • Excellence in Microsoft Excel and data systems (Customer Data Systems or Data Warehouses)
  • Familiarity with data governance concepts and practices
  • Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
  • Exposure to digital tools or booking/planning platforms
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently with clear focus on deliverables
  • Excellent Administrative and Organizational Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Results orientedStrong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills 
  • Excellence in the following systems: SAP, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Strong and thorough knowledge of P&Ls, Procurement and Vendor Agreements
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
