The Role

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst you will play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely cash collections. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders to drive collections performance, resolve disputes, and maintain strong customer relationships.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional eager to grow and make an impact in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities.

  • Collections & Account Management:

Manage AR aging and drive timely collections through proactive follow-up, ensuring reduction of overdue balances while maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Dispute Resolution & Reconciliation:

Resolve deductions, short payments, and invoice disputes, performing account reconciliations and supporting customers with payment research and issue resolution.

  • Cash Application:

Ensure accurate and timely application of customer payments and credit memos within ERP systems.

  • Risk & Stakeholder Management:

Identify high-risk accounts, recommend actions, and partner with Sales to manage credit limits, holds, and escalation strategies.

  • Reporting & Close Support:

Maintain accurate AR records, support reporting, and contribute to month-end closing activities.

  • Compliance & Process Improvement:

Ensure adherence to company policies and SOX controls, while supporting audits and driving continuous improvements in the Invoice-to-Cash cycle.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum  of 2 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting, preferably in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English (required).
