About the Role:

We are seeking a resilient and proactive Engineering Project Leader to oversee capital projects related to production lines, equipment acquisition, and infrastructure development. This role requires strong project coordination skills, cost execution management, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously (average of 8–10). The ideal candidate will have a critical eye for deliverables, strong communication skills, and experience working with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects from planning to execution and delivery
• Manage project costs and execution plans
• Apply PMI methodologies and basic AutoCAD skills
• Use MS Project for scheduling and tracking
• Oversee capital projects including new equipment purchases and building infrastructure
• Ensure successful implementation of processes that generate products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven resilience and ability to work under pressure
• Assertive communication skills
• Experience managing teams and interacting with contractors
• Strong cost execution and budget management skills
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in consumer goods, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries 
• Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory)
