The Role (quick snapshot of the role or the ideal candidate)
The Operation Leader is responsible for ensuring supply chain continuity through proper management of the established production program, maintaining safe operations and complying with quality policies (GMPs) and internal controls. The Operations Leader is the owner of the Team Master Plan, daily activities and results, leading the vision, strategy and plans to achieve KPI´s with excellence.
Key Responsibilities (list 5-10 key responsibilities from greatest to least, use present tense verbs)
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities in production processes, ensuring the proper development of operations.
- Ensure compliance with established production goals for daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
- Implement, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.
- Identify areas for improvement within production processes and propose effective solutions to optimize resources and maximize productivity.
- Comply with Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Sustainability regulations.
- Solve problems analyzing data/facts to develop insights and propose solutions and actionable steps.
- Facilitate communication between the company's different departments to ensure proper coordination of overall production goals.
Minimum Qualifications (Do not add a laundry list – focus on minimum needs to increase your candidate pool: include Edu requirements, relevant years of experience, technical/software skills and soft/behavioral skills required for the role)
- Education: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields (desirable).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising production processes, (preferably in manufacturing or production) and Autonomous Maintenance methodology.
- Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodology (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, among others).
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, SAP, or similar).
- Collaborative and able to build a strong network to help deliver projects and results efficiently
- Ability to lead Teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong operational discipline: Works with end results in mind, plans and follows through, meets deadlines, manages multiple/shifting priorities.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles. Pay Range: $xxx,xxx - $xxx,xxx salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees.
