As GM Assistant & Car Fleet Manager Northern Europe - Wella Company you will be responsible for supporting the GM of Northern Europe and managing the car fleet for all 6 markets of Northern Europe (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, and Belgium). Your role requires data analysis, budget control and reporting, system reporting, PO creation as well as managing agendas and providing administrative support to the GM. You will be working closely with the HR team for payroll related processes, and you will be the point of contact for the organization as well as internal and external stakeholders for matters related to the car fleet management.



  • Support to the GM of Northern Europe with administrative tasks and event coordination (meetings, presentations, agenda management etc)
  • Support GM of Northern Europe with reports and data analysis as well as ad hoc requests
  • Manage the car fleet for the countries of Northern Europe as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Full budget responsibility for the car fleet of Northern Europe
  • Administrative tasks related to the responsibilities of the GM Executive assistant and the Car fleet manager (PR and PO creation, invoice management)

  • BA in Business Administration or similar
  • Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
  • Working experience in positions related to project and budget management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Structured, with good planning capability.
  • Solutions oriented, creative, able to thin out of the box and to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
