THE ROLE

As an HR intern you will be part of the North European HR team. For this reason, knowledge of the Dutch and English language is required, and knowledge of the French language is an advantage. During this internship you will gain valuable experience in the dynamic environment of a successful international FMCG company. During your internship, you will learn how to apply HR policies and legislation in practice, gain experience in the onboarding/offboarding cycles and will be responsible for the recruitment of new interns.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Acting as the local HR contact for employees

· Supervising the correct application of laws and regulations for Northern Europe

· Maintaining the personnel information system (SuccessFactors)

· Executing the personnel administration activities and preparing the salary changes

· Daily assistance for all common HR activities and projects

· Recruitment of new interns

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

· You must be enrolled as HBO/WO student in: Psychology, HRM or other relevant field of study

· An excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing, is a requirement.

· You are eager to learn.

· You are proactive.

· You are accurate and pay attention to details.

· You are available minimum 4 days per week.

 

Desirable:

· French is an advantage;

· Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
