HR Intern

THE ROLE

During the internship with us at Wella Company you will be an important part of the team. You will get to see what it is like to work in a global organization with operational work in several markets. With us, you will gain insight and broad experience in internal communication and employee engagement

To thrive with us, you should enjoy having several things going on at the same time. You should be passionate about internal communication and the impact it has on employee engagement and have a great personal drive. We also see that your internship is at least 6 months, and that the internship is done as part of your university education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in creating and distributing internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, and intranet content as well as positing on our internal communication channels

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events

• Conduct research and gather feedback to measure the effectiveness of communication and engagement initiatives

• Collaborate with team members to develop creative content that aligns with our organizational values and goals

• Assist in the coordination of virtual and in-person meetings, webinars, and workshops

• Provide administrative support to the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team as needed.

QUALIFACTIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with communication tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, intranet systems)

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Interest in employee engagement and internal communications
