THE OPPORTUNITY

At Wella Company, we are looking for a full-time intern for our team with a start date of February 2025!

As an intern at Wella Company, you'll play a pivotal role within our dynamic team. Gain firsthand experience in a global organization, operating across multiple markets (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands and Belgium).

This internship offers a comprehensive immersion into the field of multibrand marketing. Your role is to support the Head of Marketing Development with projects like sustainability communication, merchandising, CRM, multibrand promotions, business analyses and asset management. Your role is focused on our full omnichannel processes, gaining insights in salon business, premium retail and e-commerce.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare key elements in time for the launch of new projects: CRM, Social media assets, and presentations ready for deployment.
• Develop & maintain our sustainability efforts
• Participate in sales cycle activities and deployment.
• Perform research on trends.
• Work cross-function to set and deliver plans.
• Bring your creativity and great energy to brainstorming meetings.

WHO YOU ARE

• Self-motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm and a dedication to succeed.
• Positive and proactive with a strong willingness to learn.
• Structured and analytical with good planning capability.
• A flexible team player comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
• Capable to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Possess Microsoft tools knowledge, such as: Powerpoint and Excel.
• In touch with trends and enjoy fashion and beauty.
• Currently studying Marketing, Business Administration or similar - will need to be enrolled for the entire internship

This is a full-time internship, requiring a commitment of 5 days per week, based at our Rotterdam office. The internship duration must be a minimum 5 months and should align with your university education.
