Key Account Manager – End Consumer Channel (Benelux)
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our End Consumer Channel Team for the Benelux region. In this role, you will be responsible for the business and partnerships with our most strategic e-tailers and retailers. Under your responsibility, you will lead our online activities and drive our brands and categories to meet consumer needs.
You are a sales-driven professional who also understands the unique dynamics of the online channel. You are a commercial expert who can design and implement customer strategies—from vision to execution—and possess strong sales and negotiation skills to win in this strategic channel.
The right candidate will drive the further expansion of our brands through long-term partnerships with key customers such as Wehkamp, Douglas, DA, and John Beerens. You will use your skills and sense of ownership to accelerate both our e-commerce and in-store activities. You have a solid understanding of both online and offline channels, with a strong desire to learn more. You will work closely with the trade marketing team and make a real difference with our partners. This is a role where your vision, conviction, and leadership truly make an impact!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business
- Build and develop partnerships with our key e-tailers and retailers;
- Full P&L responsibility, from gross sales to net income, driving both growth and profitability;
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts;
- Manage customer co-op and trade budgets, reporting to Finance, and maximize ROI on marketing and promotional investments;
- Plan and manage customer activations and campaigns aligned with brand strategy, in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
- Identify commercial opportunities and negotiate joint business plans to optimize trade spend and maximize sales;
- Improve conversion rates and brand experience on customer platforms, working closely with the trade marketing team;
- Align with customers to share performance and behavioral data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations;
- Monitor, analyze, and report on weekly/monthly results.
Strategic
- Deliver growth objectives for these strategic customers;
- Strengthen our market share and outperform competition;
- Contribute to the ambitious goals of the End Consumer Channel Team.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
- 2–3 years of experience in (online) Key Account Management;
- Proven experience in developing customer strategies with strong commercial acumen;
- Strong track record in building relationships and influencing stakeholders;
- Competitive, sales- and target-driven mindset;
- Clear and collaborative communicator;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Decisive, able to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives;
- Knowledge of e-commerce and eagerness to deepen your expertise;
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and innovative with a hands-on, pragmatic approach;
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
WHAT WE OFFER
- 192 hours of annual leave and in addition 2 company holidays per year.

- Employment will be initially a Fixed term contract of 12 months that then will transition into a permanent contract.
- Quarterly KAM bonus based on sales targets, amount 2000 EUR quarterly if reaching 100%.
