THE ROLE
At Wella we are looking for an ambitious B2B CRM intern with a hands-on mentality to join our Northern Europe B2B ecommerce team. As a B2B CRM intern you will work closely with the eCommerce Manager and CRM Manager, alongside the full eCommerce and Brand team, and your focus areas will be to create and implement the CRM newsletter strategy for our B2B online shop (Wellastore) and the full Wella Brand portfolio. This internship is based at your home-office and our office in Rotterdam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the CRM Manager in executing the Northern Europe B2B CRM strategy, including managing data, segmenting the market, and deploying campaigns.
- Help plan and schedule newsletter campaigns in 6 languages, ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with our Graphic Designer to create engaging content for newsletters for our B2B online store, covering product launches, new technical features, ongoing campaigns, and online promotions.
- Work closely with the Brand team and other departments to gather and implement content for the overall Wella CRM strategy.
- Analyze newsletter performance metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, to measure success and suggest improvements. And conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights to improve our KPIs.
- Prepare briefings and translation files for the newsletters and coordinate the translation process for 6 languages.
- Contribute to our goal of creating an engaging #WellaFamily community with our CRM Strategy.
QUALIFACTIONS
Required:
- Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable:
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, eCommerce, or CRM.
- Experience with graphic design tools or content creation for newsletters.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to contribute to building an engaging community.
- Proficiency in additional languages, especially those relevant to Northern Europe, is a plus. (Dutch, French, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Finnish)
