THE ROLE

During the internship with us at Wella Company you will be an important part of the team. You will get to see what it is like to work in a global organization with operational work in several markets. With us, you will gain insight and broad experience in marketing and communication with a focus on Paid, Owned and Earned.

To thrive with us, you should enjoy having several things going on at the same time. You should be passionate about PR and communication and have a great personal drive. We also see that your internship is at least 10 weeks, and that the internship is done as part of your university education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• CRM management: create captivating emails for our customers from concept to execution

• Copywritting for blogs and social media

• Assisting with the day to day brand management tasks

• Trendwatching: finding trends, competition’s launches and upcoming profiles that would fit the brand.

• Assist with the creation of visual assets

• Keeping content databases up to date

QUALIFACTIONS

Requirements:

• Chronically online, you know all about the labubu hype and all the drama around Widya Soraya
• Ability to write clear, persuasive and creative copy
• Your to-do list is your best friend: you are on top of all your tasks and never miss a deadline
• Love for everything digital: from social media trends to e-commerce, you have an interest in it and want to learn and develop your skills in all things digital
• Eye for visual design
• Passionate about beauty and hair
• Proficient in both English and Dutch
• Experience with photoshop or InDesign is a big plus

• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to adapt quickly
• Comfortable speaking in meetings and present ideas.
