THE ROLE
As a CMI Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all the consumers, customer, and brand data for the company (Retail & Professional business), working together with different areas (marketing, trade, education, sales) to leverage our knowledge for the business, highlighting main opportunities, being responsible to connect all and build strong conclusions always with consumers & shoppers at the center of the discussion.
You need to have the ability to translate learnings into actionable recommendations that drive business growth, looking globality and locally the opportunities reinforcing our strategic plan. The role reports into Global Director of CCI (Consumer & Category Insights).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop & execute your plan for the key brands, connecting with business challenges and new consumers/customers trends;
- Lead all research for Brazil, quantitative and qualitative, aligned with the fiscal year Plan, strategic plans, and global opportunities for new launches;
- Support multifunctional team/areas with data intelligence, promoting test & learn by collaborating with business needs;
- Understand with key partners the best tools to support our business;
- Identify new and fast ways (ie. Digital tools) to bring consumer centricity at the center of our decisions, with deep understand for market dynamic and main competitors;
- Own the research budget for Brazil for all brands / channels and budget tracking.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in CMI (market research, consumer insights, data & analytics), preferably in fast moving consumer goods or professional business;
- Strong analytics skills;
- Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, apply, and translate advanced analytics to solve business issues and propose solutions/conclusions clearly;
- Able to build great collaboration relationship with the teams internally and externally;
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines in a complex organization, with various internal partners & external agency partners;
- Strong understanding of key partners for research (ie. Nielsen, Kantar Panel, Millward Brown);
- Demonstrated contagious positive energy to influence, inspire & drive results.
