MISSION/THE ROLE:

Lead digital area for all brands, Professional and Retail business, integrating all channels (end consumer & professional) to boost our initiatives using data intelligence to leverage our business results.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Define and coordinate the media plan across all channels;
  • Build and update the prospect universe including audiences/segments/personas to be targeted;
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the media budget and resource allocation;
  • Encourage strong collaboration with Wella teams (and external partners) that include Strategy, Insights, Creative, Project Management, Media Buying/Investing - from conception to execution to keep projects moving forward;
  • Work strategically, evaluating results and general goals, monitoring competition, using offer plans and seasonality as input and collaborate in the proposal to achieve results through digital strategies and tools;
  • Bringing value to the business through continuous optimization, in a data-driven environment;
  • Interact with Data, Technology and Digital Product, UX and A/B Testing teams;
  • Participate in technical discussions related to area services and pilot the implementation of new offers and services offered in CRM;
  • Research, develop, test and evaluate solutions, new concepts and methods related to CRM service;
  • Possess an understanding of viewing behavior and content trends across Brazil;
  • Demonstrate applied knowledge in the main phases of the market research cycle: awareness, targeting, acquisition and retention;
  • Have experience in defining research objectives, writing research and weighting schemes and analyzing results;
  • Identify appropriate methodologies based on business and research objectives;
  • Help guide social media analysis and benchmarking;
  • Build one plan to boost initiatives across all channels, focus on End Consumer and Haidressers;
  • Lead JBP with main partners and midia budget for all brands;
  • Use consumer data to boost business results (quali and quanti results). 

 

QUALIFICATION (Technical & Leadership Skills):

  • Strong professional experience in media (online and offline) abd digital;
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing, including CRM;
  • Knowledge in Consumer Marketing Insights;
  • English fluent skills;
  • Experience using data and metrics to draw business insights;
  • People management;
