ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a MSP/MPS Senior Planner to join APAC Planning team. We will entrust you supply management from the moment of placing raw and packaging orders to our suppliers, through the planning of production lines at our manufacturing site until the moment of delivering Wella Hair Products to be distributed across the globe and delivered to our satisfied customers

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Managing supply network for assigned portfolio with strong focus on Service, Inventory and Cost.
  • Finished product planning for Bangkok Production site.
  • Setting-up and bringing improvements to our processes.
  • Collaboration with Short Term Production site and Material planners on daily basis.
  • Monitoring execution of the supply plan and production plan.
  • Resolving any supply conflicts to avoid products availability gaps.
  • Adjusting plans accordingly to demand changes.
  • Keeping results on target for Service and Inventory for selected Portfolio.
  • Integrating initiative plans (new launches or restages) across planning horizon.
  • Proactive identification of critical supply constraints and building action plans to avoid service impact.
  • Reporting and analyzing key Performance metrics to drive supply network improvements.
  • Cooperation with other company departments and team members to increase planning process efficiency.
  • Reporting and analyzing key metrics to drive planning improvements.
