Supply Chain Senior Planner - 12-month fixed-term contract

ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of the Distribution Requirements Senior Planner role is to deliver best-in-class results in cost, inventory and customer service by leading stocks allocation and availability of products, and by monitoring risks and issue resolution across supply chain network. The work is executed in a high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles inside Warsaw Supply Hub and outside with Business Units Supply Leaders.

You will join the Global Supply Chain Planning Team, which plays a critical role in product delivery to Wella customers. We collaborate cross-functionally and influence optimal decisions on service, cost, cash and innovation. We continuously evolve and elevate work process standards and daily operate in a multi-cultural context.

  • The role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract of employment.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will manage independently the on-time and in-full inventory replenishment at one or more global Wella locations to deliver service targets by market, including phase-in/phase-out activities and new product activations in the distribution network.
  • You will analyze data and use available tools to identify optimization opportunities in supply network, assess risks and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams and establish right measures to prevent issue reoccurrence.
  • You will closely collaborate with markets and production planning teams acting as a single point of contact and demonstrating accountability for KPIs delivery within given category and markets scope.
  • You will support supply chain transformation projects by assessing and driving required network changes, as a part of Wella transition and growth plan.
  • You will be accountable for supply chain parameters regular audit and optimization and for product masterdata maintenance in BY.

  • (nice-to-have) Experience in product distribution, inventory, demand, customization, production or initiative planning
  • (nice-to-have) Practical knowledge of JDA/BY/SAP DRP solution
  • (nice-to-have) AI knowledge
