THE ROLE

This role is a critical support function for Wella Professionals’ top‑priority initiatives, influencer programs, creative execution, national product activation, and operational processes like Gifts & Pre‑Pack.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Influencer Program Support: Support analytics, reporting, and activation of influencer marketing programs and brand‑owned organic communities to drive engagement and visibility.
• Creative Asset Updates: Deliver minor creative updates, resizing, and adaptations of existing assets to meet market requirements and top customer needs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Product Initiative Execution: Support national product initiatives and collaborate with strategic customers to ensure accurate, timely, and effective execution.
• Brand Manager Support: Provide essential project, execution, and administrative support to the Wella Color and Wella Care Senior Brand Managers to enable high‑quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Gifts & Pre‑Pack Leadership: Lead the Gifts & Pre‑Pack process with the customization team, ensuring flawless planning, execution, and delivery for a high‑visibility, leadership‑priority area.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams to support executional needs tied to major initiatives, including key partnerships and events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

• Detail Oriented: Ability to take in and organize multiple inputs, data points and action items, and simplify to deliver a plan while ensuring accuracy and sufficient depth of information.
• Business Data Analytics: Make recommendations based on data, including costs, competitive landscape, owned digital and e-comm trading metrics and trends.
• Organized Self-Starter: Comfortable working across teams and functions, able to drive focus, gather collaborative inputs, summarize learnings and drive follow ups to closure
• Resourceful team player: Able to juggle multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing critical work and being accountable for results.
• Clear communication skills: Critical to drive clear communication, both written and verbal, across a multi-functional team.
• Studying for B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office software and basic Photoshop

Desirable:

• Interest or experience in Beauty products or services category.

We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles. Pay Range: $60,000-$75,000 salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role.
