Key Account Manager – E-commerce

Your Role
As E-commerce Key Account Manager, you will drive sales and business development across our e-commerce partners in the four Nordic markets. Working with renowned professional beauty brands like Wella, Sebastian, ghd, and OPI, you will own the e-commerce strategy and execution to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned with our brand strategies.
- Drive profitable sales growth through marketing investments, promotions, and partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Lead customer initiatives from planning to evaluation with excellence.
- Continuously improve strategies and execution within the e-commerce sales channel.
Key Deliverables:
- Achieve profitable sales growth.
- Maximize ROI on marketing and promotional investments.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
You’re an ambitious professional with a passion for e-commerce and beauty. You have a proven track record in sales and a knack for building strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, with strong customer and market understanding.
- Experience in e-commerce, either in-house or in partnership with key accounts.
- Analytical mindset, with strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strategic thinker who sees the big picture but is meticulous with details.
- Creative, proactive, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in diverse team environments.
- Fluent in English and Swedish (additional Nordic languages are a plus).
- A degree in Business Administration, International trade, or a related field.
