THE ROLE

As HR Manager-Projects you will be responsible for special projects related to payroll, benefits and administration involving all 6 markets of Northern Europe (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands and Belgium). Your role is to analyse data, collaborate with global teams in order to align and execute global projects as well as hand-on work with HR, payroll and benefits projects, global and regional. You will be working closely with the entire HR team to have a full view and understanding of the impact of the projects in all parts of HR as well as other functions and the business.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In depth analysis of main HR strategic pillars (payroll, benefits, employee engagement) and proposals based on analysis, best practices in HR and relation to the business
  • Overall support to the HR function during project implementation
  • Data analysis and use of digital tools
  • Support the HRD NE with reporting tools
  • End-to-end project lifecycle management, including initiation and setup, planning for an accurate delivery of the work, accurate follow up of project execution, tracking and report to internal and external stakeholders, and closing out when complete.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm and a dedication to succeed.  You will be given responsibility from the start and will be expected to take charge and make things happen.  

 

  • BA in Human Resources or Business Administration. MA or MSc is considered a plus
  • Fluent in English – both spoken and written. One Nordic language is also valued but not a criterion
  • Working experience within HR (payroll, C&B related experience is preferred but not criterion)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Structured, with good planning capability.
  • Solutions oriented, creative, able to thin out of the box and to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Accountability and ownership of the projects they are leading
