The role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionated social media expert who has experience on creating social media stratgies for big consumer brands on a multimarket level as well as having an eye and being able to manage content creation. This is a unique opportunity to join a global company where you have the opportunity to to shape the full Northern Europe (Nordics + Benelux) social media strategy for a diverse portfolio of beauty brands.

What You Will Do:
• Revolutionize the social media landscape within hair and nails by taking our social media and content strategy to the next level!
• Plan and maintain content calendars, publishing schedules and create timelines for Wella's social channels, in line with our strategic vision.
• Evaluate global content and ensure that it is relevant for our diverse markets and adapt it to our local market.

• Produce strategic social media campaigns that drive brand buzz from global and tailored local content in collaboration with content creators, hairdressers, and influencers.
• Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, such as influencer marketing, performance, agencies, educators, and content creators.

• Continuously measure, analyse, and report on data and consumer behaviours as well as always stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in social media.

What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in Social Media strategies & content creation from managing social media platform for big global consumer brands either inhouse or from an agency.
• Expertise in social and digital landscape.
• Content writing and copywriting

• Video Production and Editing
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media tools as Sprinklr.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and strong in project management.
• Beauty experience is preferred as well as at least fluent in one of the Nordic languages or in Dutch.
