ABOUT THE ROLE

Kick-start your career in supply chain by gaining hands-on experience with our EMEA Distribution Planning team and learning how products move across markets.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Assist Distribution Planners in developing shipment plans for finished goods across Wella’s European network, ensuring service levels and product availability align with forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Production Planning team to resolve availability issues.  
  • Support the timely and complete delivery of new products. 
  • Generate and analyze supply chain data to drive business decisions.
  • Gain exposure to global supply chain processes and best practices. 


This role provides a unique chance to develop end-to-end supply chain knowledge while working in a dynamic, cross-functional team. You’ll make a tangible impact by ensuring product availability for customers and consumers, while also strengthening your project management and supply chain skills.

 

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

We’d love to see candidates who are: 

  • Interested in developing their career in Supply Chain area 
  • Students/graduates of higher education studies (logistics, economics, management preferable) 
  • Proactive, curious and committed to deliver results 
  • Strong in communication skills and teamwork 
  • Analytical and logical thinking 
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken 
  • Excel knowledge (pivot tables, vlook up) 

 

You’ll join us in a hybrid setup, spending two days a week in our Warsaw office at Sienna 39, including Thursdays, when the whole team comes together for our shared collaboration day.
