Accounts Receivable and Financial Accountant

THE ROLE

This role is responsible for financial management and support Financial Controller on month end process, Cash Flow reporting, Accounts Receivables and Payable, as well as internal and external reporting for ANZ. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Month end closing activities including journal entry preparation or review, balance sheet reconciliation, intercompany cross charge & reporting pack preparation
• Month end HFM upload and reconciliation
• Cash flow reporting
• Assist Financial Controller with audit requests 
• Compliance with finance policies and DOA
• Accounts Payable/Payment requests (e.g. Urgent payment request; invoice processing, GR/IR clearing, tax payment, contract documentation, employee expense claim checking)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Fully qualified or currently studying towards CA/CPA (or equivalent)
• Experience with end to end process assessment and implementation
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with SAP is required
• Experience with Shared service centre operations & FMCG is highly regarded
