Talent Acquisition Intern

Are you interested in learning more about Talent Acquisition and Human Resources? The Wella company is looking for a “TA” Intern to support a project shaping our US Sales workforce by driving an efficient, high-quality hiring process. This is a 3–4-month project and you will be expected to be in our beautiful Calabasas office for collaboration and meetings 2 days per week.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Source & Attract Talent – Under the supervision of the team leader, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, leveraging tools and best practices to find the right candidates.

  • Keep the Hiring Process Moving – Coordinate recruiting activities to optimize time-to-hire and cost-to-hire while maintaining quality.

  • Enhance the candidate Experience-Implement strategies to ensure a smooth and positive journey for all candidates

  • Track your KPIs and provide insights to improve outcomes

  • Be the Go to Person-Be the first point of contact for hiring managers, candidates and team members

  • Handle Important Details throughout the process

 

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of sales, talent acquisition/recruitment experience – or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree not required but prefer a major in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Highly organized & adaptable – Able to manage multiple roles and timelines effectively.
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills – Comfortable working with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated & proactive – Takes initiative and follows through on processes.
  • Detail-oriented & analytical – Skilled at tracking metrics and optimizing for success.

 

o          Passion for the Beauty industry and/or experience is a plus

o          Able to work 30 hours per week

o          Calabasas office 2 days per week

o          Hourly pay is $25
