The Role
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruiting process while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting. This role will help with candidate research, interview coordination, recruiting operations, and employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, comfortable communicating with different audiences, and excited to learn how a global beauty company attracts and hires talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports recruiters with candidate sourcing and research across LinkedIn, job boards, internal systems, and other talent channels.
- Assists with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Maintains accurate and timely candidate information in the applicant tracking system and recruiting trackers.
- Help prepare job postings, interview materials, and other recruiting documents.
- Supports employer branding and early talent initiatives and recruiting content.
- Partners with members of Human Resources and cross-functional teams on assigned projects and day-to-day recruiting needs.
- Handles candidate and business information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
- Interest in talent acquisition, human resources, recruiting operations, or employer branding; previous internship or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
- Previous exposure to recruiting a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable learning new systems, conducting interviews, and working with data and trackers.
- Collaborative, dependable, and willing to ask questions, receive feedback, and take initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Available to work in a hybrid environment 25-30 hours per week. Hours can be flexible based on school schedule
We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles. Pay Range: $23-$25/hr
