Customer Service Senior Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated CS Senior with a continuous improvement mindset to manage distributor export markets in Eastern Europe (EE). You will collaborate with key accounts and partners to ensure seamless customer service and drive sales growth, while demonstrating agility in adapting to changing market dynamics. Proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills are essential.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Manage distributor relationships in EMEA markets, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented approach.

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets for assigned territories, continuously seeking new opportunities and optimizing strategies.

  • Provide technical and product support to distributors, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, transportation, Commercial) to ensure efficient order processing and delivery, remaining agile in responding to unforeseen challenges.

  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities, fostering a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports in SAP and Excel, staying up-to-date on best practices and embracing new functionalities.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics/transportation.

  • Proven experience managing customer relationships.

  • Strong understanding of SAP and proficiency in Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and optimization.

  • Agility in adapting to changing market dynamics and embracing new technologies.
