Customisation Business Process Leader

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The purpose of the Customisation Planning Business Process Leader  is to develop and master advanced skills in customization planning work processes, system functionalities and business scenarios that support customization work processes and relevant key integration points with other business processes. The role serves to build knowledge and skills to leverage existing solutions as well as creating the capability foundation necessary to implement new technologies and deliver business strategies.   

Customisation BPL works with Key Users and market/ customization planning leaders to develop and deliver capability.  

The work is executed in a high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles primary in BU markets and inside Warsaw Supply Hub.    

 

The Global Supply Chain Planning Team you will be joining plays a critical role in product delivery to Wella customers. We collaborate cross-functionally and influence optimal decisions on service, cost, cash and innovation. We continuously evolve and elevate work process standards and daily operate in a multi-cultural context. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Map customization processes across markets and develop and maintain existing training/ documentation library (including standard work processes, presentation materials and work instructions)   

  • Drive global compliance on customization planning processes via health checks and effective change management.  

  • Ensure processes adhere to Wella Supply Chain operating model, company policies, external compliance, global standards and industry good practices 

  • Provide leadership to help the customistaion planning operations leverage the solution 

  • Provide 3rd level solution support (work processes and tools) to the business 

  • Develop Key Users in organization: build Key User capability within the existing work process stream.   

  • Arbitrage responsibilities split between different business streams  

  • Build efficiency growth plan within functional area by defining processes and tools improvement plan, aligning directions and priorities with key stakeholders 

  • Develop incremental improvements to the existing solution standards & maintain the implementation methodology for the integration of new solutions into the existing standard solution set  

  • Receive, create, assess, prioritize and approve change requests;  

  • Approve the test plan for new changes 

  • Sign off on the change to confirm it meets the business need 

  • Deploy verified changes within the Key User Network 

  • Develop new standard solutions that address business needs not covered by the existing solution. 

  • Lead work process definition, approach, training and documentation 

  • Complete testing and readiness sign-off  

  • Evaluation of new acquisition needs 

  • Provide supplemental implementation support for complex solutions 

  • Serve as the interlinkage between business and IT

  • Demonstrated skills of using ERP systems and understanding the data flow, including master data

  • Growth mindset, with focus on solutions, improvements, and constant learning 

  • Resilience to frequent changes in the supply chain 

  • Ability to think and understand quickly, and to adjust plans and actions to the changing circumstances 

  • Good interpersonal skills to influence peers and stakeholders at different organizational levels 

  • Ability to define gaps and drive x-functional action plans for issue resolution, risk mitigation and business improvements 

  • Proven record of analyses of complex data sets and processes, and of presenting the outcomes (including to leadership), driving the decision-making process  

  • Excellent expertise-sharing skills 

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken 

  • Mastery of MS Office tools
