Customization Subject Matter Expert

THE ROLE
The Customization SME oversees the planning scope within the IBP Project, including solution design, change management support, and end-user training. As a key member of the IBP Team, the SME contributes to developing new solutions in the Blue Yonder system, focusing on efficient, user-friendly functionality, pragmatic approaches, optimal decision-making, and achieving project KPIs. The SME champions supply chain improvements and guide the organization towards future work practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to provide input on the scope of work to be completed and to ensure that the development team clearly understands the requirements.
Work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and with the development team to ensure the requirements are met.
Lead Working Groups to provide technical expertise and to ensure proper change management execution within the scope.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the developed solution meets the defined requirements and is acceptable to the end users.
Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on the development process and suggesting areas for improvement.
Document data requirements, data mapping, data preparation, and data modelling activities to ensure that the product team clearly understands the source systems, data elements, and relationships between data entities.
Create End Users Training documentation and lead training modules.
REQUIREMENTS
Ownership, autonomy, and accountability for results within the given scope
Priority-setting skills and efficient work organization in a dynamic pace of IBP project
Growth mindset, with focus on solutions, improvements, and constant learning
Resilience to frequent changes in the project CPS and priorities
Ability to think and understand quickly, and to adjust plans and actions to the changing circumstances
Good interpersonal skills to influence peers and stakeholders at different organizational levels
Ability to define gaps and drive x-functional action plans for issue resolution and risk mitigation
Proven record of analyses of complex data sets and processes, and of presenting the outcomes (including to leadership), driving the decision-making process
Excellent expertise-sharing skills
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Mastery of MS Office tools
Experience in Supply Chain (inventory, demand, customization, production, or initiative planning)
Practical knowledge of SAP (nice to have: JDA / Blue Yonder)
