ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of the Distribution Requirements Planning Analyst role is to lead the continuous improvement mindset within DRP EMEA team by optimizing processes, generating and analyzing big set of data based on multiple reports from MRP systems, draw conclusions based on set of data, analyzing inventory levels, propose corrective action plans and lead the execution. The work is executed in a high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles inside Warsaw Supply Hub and outside.

 

You will join the Global Supply Chain Planning Team, which plays a critical role in product delivery to Wella customers. We collaborate cross-functionally and influence optimal decisions on service, cost, cash and innovation. We continuously evolve and elevate work process standards, and daily operate in a multi-cultural context.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Generate and analyze big set of data and use available tools to identify optimization opportunities in supply network, assess risks and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams and establish right measures to prevent issue reoccurrence.
  • Drive inventory optimization through analyzing big set of data, proposing corrective action and lead the execution.
  • Closely collaborate with internal team of various cultural background, demonstrating accountability for KPIs delivery within given scope.
  • Support supply chain transformation projects by assessing and driving required network changes, as a part of Wella transition and growth plan.
  • Be accountable for supply chain parameters, regular audit and optimization and for product master data maintenance in JDA.
  • Contribute to the capability building across the multifunctional teams, sharing your experience and recommending best practices.

  • Ability to define gaps and drive x-functional action plans for issue resolution, risk mitigation and business improvements
  • Excellent expertise-sharing skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Mastery of MS Office tools
  • Experience in inventory planning,
  • (nice-to-have) VBA programming skills
  • (nice-to-have) Experience in demand, customization, production, or initiative planning
  • (nice-to-have) Practical knowledge of JDA/SAP DRP solution
