THE ROLE

The purpose of the role is to ensure that data transition in the Integrated Business Planning project is executed with excellence.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the data transformation and transition activities required to support the transformation project in in planning from Business Perspective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the data requirements needed for the new system, including the scope of needed master and transactional data.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed data model and transition plan to ensure a smooth migration to the new system.
  • Define and manage data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of the data throughout the transition process.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of the new system with existing data sources and systems.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders to ensure their support and involvement in the data transition process.
  • Provide guidance and training to end-users on data-related activities, including data entry, quality control, and reporting.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the data transition process.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 5 years of experience in Data Management, Supply chain, IT or Finance including min 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in Data management (Operations, Governance or Analytics) will be additional advantage.
  • SAP and JDA knowledge will be a big asset.
  • Proven record of managing complex cross functional alignment.
  • Proficiency in analyses of complex data sets and processes, driving the decision-making process.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Experience in team leadership.
  • Great interpersonal skills to influence peers and stakeholders at different organizational levels, promoting the spirit of cooperation and a can-do attitude .
  • Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and accountability for results.
  • Excellent priority-setting skills and efficient work organization in a dynamic business environment.
  • Growth mindset, with focus on solutions, improvements, and constant learning.
  • Resilience to frequent changes.
  • Ability to think and understand quickly, and to adjust plans and actions to the changing circumstances.
  • Excellent expertise-sharing skills.
  • Fluent English.
