  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and help to translate them into scalable learning solutions.
  • Maintain and update existing learning materials and platforms, including leading monthly Functional Learning forums

Talent Process Administration & Governance

  • Own operational administration across key talent processes, including: performance cycles, talent reviews and learning compliance and tracking
  • Maintain high-quality data integrity across HRIS and learning systems.
  • Support reporting, analytics, dashboards, and governance for talent and learning metrics.
  • Coordinate annual talent and learning calendars, communications, and process execution.

AI as a Learning Enabler

  • Identify and implement practical AI solutions that enhance learning effectiveness, accessibility, and personalisation.
  • Leverage AI tools to support: content creation and adaptation, personalised recommendations learning analytics and insights and to stay ahead of market trends in AI-enabled learning

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital and e-learning, talent, L&D operations, or learning technology.
  • Experience administering and optimising a SAP-based LMS is a strong requirement for success in this role.

  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve learning, productivity, or talent processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
