WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our E-Commerce Specialist your primary goal is to drive sales and grow our brands through the E-commerce channel across Europe.
• Manage Online Sales: Daily operations with top E-commerce clients, create monthly growth plans for E-commerce channel, develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
• Boost Sales: Plan and optimize retail media activities to boost awareness and drive sales. Create and manage promotional campaigns and discounts. Drive and optimize in-site visibility on e-comm client’s websites. Develop and improve in-site search both organic and paid. Optimize website navigation and user experience. Ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience across all online touchpoints.
• Inventory Optimization: Work with the Supply team to keep products up-to-date and manage stock.
• Data Analysis: Collect and Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Establish best practice for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for ecommerce channel. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve products and services. Track website performance using different tools to make data-driven decisions.
• E-Commerce Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for online sales.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 3+ years experience in Retail marketing in e-commerce
- Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, and Social Media platforms.
- A detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Excellent understanding of SEO and SEM strategies and website performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies
- Language skills: fluent in written and spoken English
