THE ROLE

E-Commerce Key Account Manager will be responsible for Gross Sales (GS) and Net Revenue (NR) development partnering with assigned E-commerce customers. The main responsibility is aligning and executing winning Joint Business Plan (JBP) with customers, including measurable strategic priorities. The successful candidate in this role will have the opportunity to lead management of all Wella brands across all categories. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales & Commercial: deliver the annual GS and NR targets.
  • Align winning JBP.
  • Negotiate conditions of cooperation, including pricing, sales support budgets and respective customers’ activities supporting Wella business development
  • Analyse business results, customers performance and market situation to identify major risks and opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with multifunctional team on risk mitigation and translation of opportunities into business results.
  • Influence multifunctional team to ensure maximum focus on biggest strategic priorities.
  • Serve customers with excellence on commercial readiness and product supply service level.
  • Build strong relationships by sharing win-win strategies. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as subject-matter expert, working together with other supply chain functions on transformational activities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Essential: 

  • Proven successful experience as a E-commerce Key Account Manager ideally in Cosmetics, Beauty or an FMCG environment.
  • Agility to provide clear direction to business partners to drive the best sales execution.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others.
  • Attitude of continuously striving for excellence, and ability to take calculated risk to achieve superior results.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Desirable: 

  • A Team player with excellent collaboration, organization and time management skills.
  • Strong drive for quality and operational excellence with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others across organization and business partners to achieve superior results.
  • Ability to deliver results within an ambiguous everchanging business environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and without supervision.
