ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Executive assistant to support the General Manager and commercial team responsible for the Eastern Europe region. This person will report directly to the General Manager.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Commercial Team members.
  • Schedule online meetings and arrange on-site meetings.
  • Manage marketing materials, including order collection, system setup, and forecasting.
  • Track the competitive landscape through social media accounts and other sources.
  • Consolidate data from markets, such as innovation forecasts and digital metrics.
  • Prepare business presentations, reports, and coordinate contracts and other documents.
  • Perform operational tasks like managing e-commerce content, distributing communication, managing SharePoint access, and setting up purchase orders in SAP.
  • Assist with personal tasks, including expense settlement, business trip organization, meeting summaries, and event creation and management (both online and offline).
  • Compile, analyze, and report sales data, providing actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct market research, including analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Develop methods and strategies for managing and assessing large datasets.
  • Create sales evaluation reports and contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to support projects and presentations.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 2 years of professional experience, ideally in marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish for everyday use.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role, with strong technical skills in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address sales-related challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A willingness to help others and support employees across all organizational levels.
