ABOUT THE ROLE

CEEMEA Head of Brand Communications leads Brand Communication, Media, and Advocacy strategy across CEEMEA, building strong, distinctive brand voices that resonate locally and scale globally. Owns communication frameworks, media effectiveness, and content strategy, ensuring integration across touchpoints and markets. Partners with Global Media teams and local agencies to deliver efficient media planning, culturally relevant storytelling, and amplified brand impact.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Brand Communication Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead the regional Brand Communication strategy in alignment with global brand vision and CEEMEA business priorities
  • Own regional communication frameworks, key messaging architectures, and creative territories across brands
  • Act as the guardian of brand voice, tone, and expression, ensuring consistency while enabling local relevance
  • Elevate storytelling excellence by embedding cultural, social, and beauty insights into communication strategies

 

Media Strategy, Planning & Effectiveness

  • Lead the CEEMEA media strategy, defining channel roles, media frameworks, and investment principles
  • Partner with Global Media teams to ensure alignment on media models, standards, tools, and innovation
  • Drive media effectiveness and efficiency, optimizing reach, frequency, engagement, and ROI across markets
  • Establish clear KPIs, measurement frameworks, and learning agendas to continuously improve media performance

 

Content & Ecosystem Integration

  • Own the regional content strategy, ensuring cohesive narratives across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints
  • Drive integration across ATL, digital, social, PR, influencer, retail, and advocacy platforms
  • Ensure modular, scalable content ecosystems that allow for efficient localization across diverse CEEMEA markets
  • Promote best‑in‑class use of formats, platforms, and emerging media to maximize brand impact

 

Advocacy, Influence & Earned Impact

  • Lead the regional advocacy strategy, covering influencers, creators, experts, and brand ambassadors
  • Ensure strategic alignment between paid media, organic content, PR, and advocacy to amplify earned impact
  • Partner with local teams and agencies to deliver credible, culturally relevant advocacy programs
  • Set regional guidelines, governance, and effectiveness standards for influencer and advocacy activation

 

Global‑Local Partnership & Matrix Leadership

  • Serve as the key CEEMEA interface between Global Brand, Global Media, and Local Market teams
  • Influence and align multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrix organization
  • Partner with local agencies and production ecosystems to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand execution
  • Share best practices, innovations, and performance learnings across the region

 

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing CEEMEA Brand Communications team
  • Build regional capabilities in communication strategy, media excellence, content systems, and advocacy
  • Coach local market teams to elevate creative quality, media literacy, and cultural relevance
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement

 

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 12–15+ years of experience in brand communications, media, or integrated marketing within FMCG or cosmetics
  • Proven leadership experience across multi‑country, culturally diverse regions (CEEMEA preferred)
  • Strong track record in ATL communication development, media strategy, and content ecosystems
  • Experience partnering with global teams and managing agency ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of digital, social, influencer, and earned media dynamics
  • Experience working in complex, multicultural, matrix organizations
  • Ability to build effective relationships internally & externally, driving shared goals. 
  • Pro-active attitude and flexible approach. 
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritization under pressure. 
  • High attention to detail, strong organization and analytical skills. 
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English.
