ABOUT THE ROLE

CEEMEA Head of Color and Texture leads the Pro Color & Texture portfolio across CEEMEA with a strong professional‑first mindset. Owns category strategy, innovation landing, and regional brand execution, ensuring relevance for salon professionals and consistency across markets. Works in close partnership with Trade Marketing and Education to build advocacy, loyalty, and elevated professional experiences that drive sustainable growth. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

Regional Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Define and lead the regional marketing strategy for professional brands in alignment with global brand direction and regional business priorities
  • Own regional brand plans, strategic roadmaps, and annual marketing calendars
  • Drive portfolio optimization, innovation priorities, and lifecycle management across markets
  • Identify white‑space growth opportunities across channels, customer segments, and markets

 

Brand Equity & Positioning

  • Act as the regional brand guardian, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and visual identity
  • Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant programs while protecting brand equity
  • Lead regional brand storytelling tailored to professional customers and influencers
  • Monitor and enhance brand health, advocacy, and professional loyalty metrics

 

Go‑to‑Market & Launch Excellence

  • Lead regional go‑to‑market strategies for major launches, renovations, and programs
  • Ensure best‑in‑class execution of promotions, education initiatives, and professional events
  • Partner with sales and education teams to ensure strong sell‑in, sell‑out, and in‑market activation
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance tracking for marketing initiatives

 

Stakeholder & Matrix Leadership

  • Serve as the key regional interface between global brand teams and local market organizations
  • Influence and align cross‑functional partners including sales, education, medical, digital, supply chain, and finance
  • Represent professional brands in regional leadership and strategic planning forums
  • Drive alignment and prioritization across markets with diverse maturity levels

 

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing regional marketing team
  • Build capabilities in brand management, innovation, digital marketing, and customer‑centric execution
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor local market teams to raise marketing excellence across the region

 

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in brand and marketing leadership roles
  • Strong background in professional, B2B, or indirect distribution environments
  • Proven experience managing regional or multi‑country marketing portfolios
  • Demonstrated success leading innovation and go‑to‑market programs
  • Experience working in complex, multicultural, matrix organizations
  • Ability to build effective relationships internally & externally, driving shared goals. 
  • Pro-active attitude and flexible approach. 
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritization under pressure. 
  • High attention to detail, strong organization and analytical skills. 
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English.
  • High numeracy, and excellent PC skills. 
  • Project management skills
